Imagine, visiting a therapist to discuss how to be happy rather than how not to be sad! Tal Ben-Shahar is an author and lecturer at Harvard University. He currently teaches the largest course at Harvard on "Positive Psychology". To be perfectly honest I didn't know that there was an entire movement in psychology focused on happiness but find the prospect totally fascinating.
